Anne Arundel County Animal Care & Control has an ever-changing lineup of pets available for adoption. The best way to find a new pet is to go to the shelter, because new animals come in every day and, while the online list is updated regularly, it might not include every animal there. To see the most recent online information, please click on the link below and look at “Animals Available for Adoption.”
The same page also shows animals that, for a variety of reasons, currently are available only to their existing owners or are available only to the shelter’s rescue group partners. However, you may be able to become a potential adopter for one of the animals in this section. If you see something you like, visit the shelter and staff or volunteers can explain the process.
